About Us
Growing up in middle Tennessee, I worked for a small moving company that was unfaithful to their customers and their belongings. I decided to open up my own company that would respect the customer and treat their household items, as if they were their own.
In the past, I received a call from a customer regarding their move with a local moving company who did not call or show up at the scheduled time that they had agreed upon. The customer explained to me the rude service and their situation and asked if I could do a move on such short notice.
Within 45 minutes, we were there and had them moved and unloaded in a short time. They were very thankful that we could help them in their time of need. After that day, I decided to make a promise that I would do everything I could for every individual customer.
Another situation I have been through personally was when we received a call for a move for a local customer. When we arrived at his home, we loaded up all of his belongings and traveled to the new destination.
When we arrived, he informed us that the closing on the house would not clear until the next day. The customer was very distraught about the situation and didn’t know what to do.
After speaking with him, we explained to him that we had no problem taking his belongings to his storage unit until the closing was finished. We unloaded into his storage unit. We came back the next day and reloaded, delivered, and unloaded his belongings into his new home. The customer was ecstatic and thanked us for all our hard work and patience.
